Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and application support for Nikon microscopes and imaging systems in the life science segment.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and user training for customers and channel partners.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable microscopy solutions.
• Support installation, configuration, and testing of microscope systems in coordination with service engineers.
• Assist in scientific applications, including fluorescence imaging, live cell imaging, and image analysis.
• Participate in seminars, exhibitions, and marketing events to represent Nikon’s technology leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of application support activities and customer feedback.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biophysics, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in microscopy or imaging technologies are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in life science instruments, analytical equipment, or microscopy applications will have an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of laboratory workflows and biological imaging concepts.
• Willingness to travel and engage with research and academic institutions regularly.
