Job Scope

• Interpret technical specifications and prepare proposals for water & fire protection systems
• Support sales team by preparing technical submissions, drawings, and quotation
• Coordinate with factory for detailed engineering information and product drawings
• Conduct technical presentations and meetings with clients across Asia region
• Review contract requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and attend breakdown issues at customer sites
• Conduct training, seminars, webinars, and product demonstrations
• Participate in sales development activities and travel when required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Engineering or related field
• Experience in instrumentation/fire protection/mechanical systems preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawings
• Able to travel on short notice and work independently
