Job summary

A leading engineering firm based in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for a role involving technical advice on pumps and compressors. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from quotation to delivery and providing coordination support to sales engineers. Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, possess good communication skills, and may have an advantage if experienced in the pump/vacuum/compressor industry. Job Descriptions:

• Provide technical advices to customers on pump/compressor related enquiry.
• Selection of pumps based on the specification given by customers.
• Provide coordination support to Sales Engineers and Managers.
• Manage entire sales cycle from quotation to final delivery and client sign off.
• Attend to walk-in customers.
• Work closely with customers and maintain good business relation.
• Assist Manager in project documentation and execution.
• Participate in client meetings to clarify technical specifications, address queries, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist with onsite system commissioning and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent background.
• A Meticulous and fast learner with good communication skills.
• Experience in pump/vacuum/compressor industry is a plus.
