To understand customer needs, challenges and goals related to automation products.

Design, develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer requirements.

Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customer including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and answering product-related questions.

Prepare technical proposal and product demonstration.

Create technical documentation and training materials.

Project management and programming on automation products.

Skills

• A good foundation in relevant technical fields, such as software development, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering and a strong keen interest in automation.
• Ability to communicate and manage projects effectively, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ability to adapt and develop PLC and HMI program to customer’s requirements and technologies.
• Resourceful, organized and maintain good documentation with good interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to be independent and self-driven to analyse and troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
