Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer to join our team to support and maintain mission‑critical applications in a fast‑paced and highly available environment. If you’re passionate about problem‑solving, system reliability, and application performance, this role is for you!

• Role: Application Engineer
• Type: 12‑month Contract (starting Sept 2025, extendable)
• Shifts: 24x7 coverage (3 shifts weekdays, 2 shifts weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications
• Handle incidents, changes & service requests (ITIL-based)
• Manage deployments, upgrades, patches & configurations
• Monitor performance & availability, drive preventive measures
• Collaborate with infra, DB, and business teams
• Support DR/BCP activities ensuring application resilience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering/IT
• Strong application support experience in 24x7 operations
• Skilled in databases (Oracle/MS SQL), middleware, and app servers
• Hands‑on scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with monitoring & incident management tools
• ITIL knowledge/certification preferred
