Technical Support
- Work in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products & assist in managing and interpreting both new and existing customer requirements – to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs.
- Assist Sales Engineers to offer customers a product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price and delivery, for our range of products.
- Work alongside key account managers to calculate accurate and competitive sales quotations and prepare tenders, proposals and technical documents to meet customer deadlines.
- Assist Sales/Business Development Engineers in engagement with customers to understand their needs; provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Develops customers' staff by providing technical information and training if needed, providing regular updates to customers on time.
- Build close relations with key suppliers to develop in-depth knowledge of your product range and understand new product developments.
- Assist Sales/Business Development Engineers to analyze costs of sales, to be able to make informed pricing recommendations for core and new business opportunities and propositions in emerging markets.
Supply Chain Support
- Assist in supply chain issues with customers and suppliers, including preparation of documents for cargo tracking, issuance, dispatch, receipt & inspections.
- Responsible for all technical documentations relating to logistic and supply chain including certifications requirements by customers, etc
