Job summary

A leading automation solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual for technical support in motion control products. Responsibilities include pre and post-sales support, providing guidance to customers, and developing demo software. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Electronics or a related field, with strong troubleshooting skills. Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science.
• Excellent troubleshoot, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in PLC/ C/ Scada programming will be advantageous.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for industry motion controller/PLC/Invertor/servo/stepper products/robotic arm/AGV etc.
• Pre and post sales technical support to customers on product and applications level.
• Provide guidance to customer on products connections, configuration, application, and system testing.
• Able to do cable harnessing, soldering and assembly work.
• Opportunity to participate in the new products evaluation on the latest technologies.
• Able to develop and debug demo/test software IEC 61131(PLC programming) to support customer application program.
• May need to travel overseas for occasional job/training assignments.

Requirements
