Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies, with a focus on tax systems and related domains.
• Analyze and resolve prioritized Incident Reports (IR) assigned by the Team Lead, ensuring timely delivery within agreed SLAs.
• Validate reported defects, assess impact, and coordinate fixes across multiple teams for integration-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes and minimal business disruption.
• Handle large-scale data migration and integration from on-premises systems to cloud platforms, ensuring accuracy and zero data loss through validation and reconciliation techniques.
• Provide production support for modules and processes to maintain system stability and minimize downtime.
• Prepare documentation and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the incident resolution and enhancement process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in .NET development, preferably in tax systems or similar domains.
• In-depth understanding of incident management, defect analysis, and cross-team coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with data migration, validation, and reconciliation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and large‑scale data handling.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
