Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Application Developer & IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise application development using OutSystems and managing SAP HANA migration project. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose automation strategies and deliver efficient, scalable solutions that drive operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including custom application development and SAP HANA migration.
• Define project scope, schedule, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with external vendors, SAP consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Business Analysis & Advisory

• Conduct stakeholder engagements to capture and analyze business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and propose digital solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on process improvements and automation opportunities.

Application Development

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems low-code platform.
• Implement robust business logic, UI/UX, data models, and system integrations.
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of the developed applications.

SAP HANA Migration Support

• Coordinate and manage SAP HANA migration planning and execution activities.
• Work with SAP specialists to ensure successful system migration, testing, and cut-over.
• Oversee data validation, system performance testing, and user adoption.

Process Automation & Optimization

• Identify manual processes for automation and digitization.
• Develop reusable components, automation flows, and system connectors.
• Champion continuous improvement across IT and business units.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Provide support and enhancements post-deployment.

IT Business Partnering

• Act as a liaison between IT and business units to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Understand departmental objectives and provide proactive technology recommendations.
• Facilitate business case development and IT budgeting for digital initiatives.
• Ensure clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and satisfaction throughout the IT project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT project delivery, including OutSystems development and SAP project management.
• Familiar with web application design, process mapping, low-code development and enterprise architecture.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), SQL databases, and system integration techniques.
• Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.
• Certifications in OutSystems, Agile/PMP, or SAP are an advantage.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SAP HANA platform, data migration tools or Fiori/UI5 development.
• Exposure to RPA, BPM, or other digital automation technologies.
• Experience in mobile-first development or cloud-based application delivery.
