About the Role

We’re looking for an Appliance Service Technician to join our team and help our clients with their appliance repair needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and efficiently to client requests.
• Diagnose, test and repair appliances as needed.
• Perform maintenance work on customers’ appliances.
• Install new appliances and fix any issues during installation or maintenance work.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess Class 3 licence (added advantage).
• NITEC or NTC 2/3 certificates in electrical, mechanical, electronic fields.
• At least 1–2 years of related working experience, preferably with maintenance of home appliances, air‑conditioners, water dispensers, laundry racks, fans and chest freezers.
• Ability to service air‑conditioners (added advantage).
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer‑centric skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
