We’re looking for an individual to be a proactive & collaborative cross-functional lead with both internal customer facing teams and external partners, to drive long term business and revenue growth through channel partners.
You will adopt & execute proven programmes & initiatives from your colleagues, but also be expected to refine and tailor your own in region, sharing takeaways to benefit the broader Channel Partnerships team. Influence without control is a key attribute, as you are tasked with altering default behaviours and approaches with internal teams, selling the value & outcomes of your programmes with cross-functional leadership and category owners. Securing credibility, partnership and trust with cross-functional leadership is the long term goal, you will use your curious nature, networking, and strong communication skills to be successful in this area. Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Success, Data Insights, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, & Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes and where necessary, secure their resource to deliver against your own goals. Building relationships and credibility with partners is vital, their investment, prioritisation and support in your region is critical to your success. Working with partners on existing programmes is the default, to excel you will tailor these and build your own based on your knowledge, experience and understanding of the challenges and opportunities specific to your region. Plan ahead and anticipate change & opportunity with cross-functional leaders and partners, pioneer initiatives and bring others on the journey with you.
