Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Production Operator in Singapore's Tuas Park to support daily pharmaceutical production operations and ensure GMP compliance.

You will prepare materials, monitor temperatures, and perform sampling while adapting to 12-hour rotating day/night shifts from Q1 2027. A transport allowance is provided along with islandwide company transport.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharmaceutical / chemical / manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable with hands-on production work.
• Able to transition to 12-hour rotating Day / Night shifts from Q1 2027.

Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: $3,000-$5,000/month + $300 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus

Working Hours:

• Till Dec 2026: 8:00am-5:30pm
• From Q1 2027: 12-hour Day / Night shifts
• Day Shift Allowance: $30/day
• Night Shift Allowance: $75/night
