Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable API solutions.
• Set technical standards and best practices for API development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements.
• Oversee API integration with internal and external systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship.
• Ensure API security reliability, and performance.
• Manage the API lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Establish API documentation and governance processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated on emerging API technologies and trends.

Skills/Requirement

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development Role or Senior level Experience in Enterprise Architecture role
• Hands on Design and Development of REST API along with Technical lead role on full development life cycle for API including leading code/design reviews and architectural choices
• Hands on technical leaders of Software engineers focused on API enablement technical architecture design , development and delivery
• Exhibit expertise in all aspects of technology by understanding broader pattern and techniques as they apply to external cloud platforms (AWS, PCF, Akamai)
• Strong experience in Java Based REST API Development with good technical skill set in Spring, Springboot, Caching service as (Redis, Hazelcast) Event driven messaging Services (KAFKA, Solace)
