Job summary

Industrious Asia Pacific is seeking a TechOps Manager to lead IT operations across the APAC portfolio, ensuring reliable networks, AV, security, and core SaaS platforms while developing the APAC team. You will balance hands-on problem-solving with strategic planning, partner with EMEA and North America, and own rolling 6-month technology refreshes and vendor relationships to support regional growth.

• 5+ years IT/TechOps experience with 3+ in leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced vendors against SLAs.
• Strong cross-regional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT Associate APAC and plan staffing.
• Own capacity planning and ensure coverage across planned absences.
• Balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-regional counterparts to align standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLA performance.
• Oversee network, AV, security and core systems.
• Respond to incidents with timely updates and escalation.
• Source vendors and quotations for hardware/software.
