Job summary

A global turbomachinery company in Singapore is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to drive procurement, warehouse management, and supplier quality across APAC. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, a relevant degree, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing logistics, improving delivery and inventory KPIs, and developing supply chain processes. The role offers a salary of up to 215k with bonuses, along with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years SCM experience in manufacturing or service-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge in procurement, logistics, warehouse operations and supplier quality.
• Proven leadership in regional or multi-site supply chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional procurement, sourcing strategy and supplier performance.
• Manage warehouse, inventory, logistics and material flow for service parts and repairs.
• Oversee supplier quality, audits, qualification and corrective actions.
• Improve delivery, cost, quality and inventory KPIs through data-driven actions.
• Coordinate with global SCM teams to align sourcing and inventory plans.
• Support field service, repair shops and business units with parts availability.
• Develop supply chain processes, SOPs and continuous improvement programs.
• Lead and develop a regional team across procurement, warehouse and supplier quality.
