Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. seeks an Architectural/Interior Designer to lead the implementation of RBI brand exterior and interior standards for Burger King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes in APAC.

You will adapt guidelines for stores, create compelling visuals, and collaborate with the Director, Architecture & Design, APAC to train teams and franchisees. You will review layouts, support remodels, manage multiple projects, and travel to audit vendors and design teams while ensuring image

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail/hospitality/restaurant/QSR architecture design.
• Experience with APAC markets and knowledge of regional building codes and supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of APAC materials and general contractor landscape.
• Fluency in English and proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape 3D).

Responsibilities

• Implement and adapt RBI brand exterior and interior image standards for new restaurants and remodels, localizing materials.
• Track design trends and regional material/contractor capabilities for specifications.
• Assist country entry franchisees with design requirements and train local suppliers and architects.
• Sketch and design digital illustrations to visualize design strategies and provide innovative solutions.
• Create and refine 3D visualizations of concepts.
• Review layouts for image compliance and identify exceptions to brand image.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Development to optimize capital expenditure.
• Travel to train and audit external vendors, franchisees, and design teams.
• Collaborate on furniture designs with suppliers.
• Work with sustainability frameworks across projects.
