• Previous experience in a merchant‑facing role with a complex API product ideally in payments.
• Comfortable implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments.
• Confidence in leading discovery sessions and presentations at C-level.
• Deep interest or knowledge about technology and technical solutions.
• Project management skills; organized and proactive.
• Creativity and improvisational skills for unique merchant needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative approach with clients and internal teams.
• Drive and motivation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify merchant pain points and consult on using Primer.
• Provide technical expertise to sales team for business development.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive client engagements via discovery sessions and demos.
• Guide merchants through successful go-live and integration.
• Act as project owner during complex integrations.
• Collaborate with Product team for feature enhancements.
