Job summary

Flintex Consulting, based in Singapore, seeks a Junior Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience to drive digital presence and lead generation across APAC markets. You will collaborate with regional teams and report to the Global In-Charge of SEO/SEM, ensuring alignment with evolving AI trends in search.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business, strong English, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.
Hands-on experience with Econda Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, Baidu, Naver, and Yahoo! Japan is essential.
Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) is a strong plus.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Demonstrated interest in and willingness to learn about AI impact on search and marketing.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration across teams and cultures.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

SEO Management: conduct keyword research and optimize content for APAC markets.
Perform on-page optimization including meta, title, header tags, and content.
Assist with technical SEO audits and coordinate with development teams on site speed and sitemaps.
