Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end legal support for major capital projects across APAC from development through closeout.
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements including EPC/EPCM, design-build, and procurement contracts.
• Advise on project risks, delays, change orders, and dispute resolution with pragmatic guidance.
• Partner with procurement, engineering, and project leaders to structure tenders and templates.
• Support land, permitting, and regulatory coordination with local counsel.
• Manage external counsel across APAC to align advice with business objectives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into practical guidance for project teams.
