The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in financial institutions and a strong understanding of FX and Rates products. Responsibilities include driving compliance, coordinating with various functions, and developing strategic risk and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial institutions driving risk and governance forums.
• 7+ years in related roles in the APAC financial industry.
• Knowledge of FX and Rates products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the Risk and Governance framework within the region.
• Drive compliance with applicable laws from an in-business standpoint.
• Act as a liaison for Head Office discussions on governance roadmap.
