• 3-8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in transaction due diligence and execution in infrastructure or energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end investment process including opportunity screening and financial modelling.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Conduct market and strategic research for investment opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio assets.
