Job summary

CSL is seeking a Regulatory Representative Lead to provide strategic leadership for APAC regulatory affairs, guiding affiliate and distributor management, and shaping regional strategies for CSL Behring products.

You will collaborate with regional experts, design processes to ensure compliance, and oversee programs across multiple markets. A strong track record in leading RA teams within a complex matrix is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (MS/PhD/MD) required.
• 7–10 years of pharmaceutical regulatory experience, biologics preferred.
• Proven strategic leadership across product development and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing regulatory affairs team in APAC.
• Collaborate with regional experts to shape regulatory strategies for CSL Behring products.
• Design and deploy processes to ensure regulatory compliance across distributors and markets.
• Provide strategic leadership with risk-based oversight of regional programs.
• Lead complex regional strategies aligned with company and commercial aims.
