Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a driven mid-level commercial professional to own APAC regional territory, manage key accounts, and drive growth. You will work under the Sales Director APAC with mentoring and strong operational support from local sales assistants and global Product Managers.

The role requires 4–8 years in B2B sales or account management in food ingredients or related sectors, a relevant degree, and willingness to travel across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on B2B sales or account management experience within Food Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals, or bio-based additives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business.
• Demonstrated stability and commitment in past roles; strong negotiation skills with an eager-to-learn mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across assigned APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Account Ownership: Build and nurture relationships with local and regional B2B accounts; identify new formulation and commercial opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits and technical presentations (frequent regional travel across assigned markets) to negotiate long-term supply contracts.
• Commercial Strategy: Partner with Group Product Managers to manage product pricing, execute targeted sales campaigns, and oversee customer credit terms.
• Territory Management: Oversee regional budgets, maintain rolling contract forecasts, and manage customer master data using SAP/BW.
