Job summary

Nat & Nat Search Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced senior legal professional to provide commercial and contractual support across Asia Pacific. The role involves advising on commercial matters, leading negotiations, and managing risks throughout project lifecycles, with team leadership responsibilities.

You will work closely with regional business leaders, shaping commercial decisions and ensuring governance across the region.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with international experience.
At least 10 years of relevant legal or contract management experience in an international environment.
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills with experience handling complex contracts.
Sound commercial judgement and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
Proactive and collaborative, with ability to manage priorities across regional teams.
Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, partners and suppliers.
Provide practical legal advice on regional business activities, tenders and projects.
Manage contractual risks from initial negotiations through project completion.
Advise on contract variations, claims and disputes, coordinating with external counsel where required.
Support compliance requirements and internal governance processes.
Enhance contract templates and processes, and deliver training to business teams.
Guide and develop a contract management team member.
