Qualifications

  • Minimum seven years of experience in biotechnology or life sciences industry (genomics or proteomics).
  • Proven record in distributor management and direct sales focusing on APAC and India.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute distributor management strategies for APAC.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners; provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor distributor performance metrics and analyze market trends.
  • Identify market opportunities and collaborate with marketing for campaigns.
  • Represent Covaris at industry events.
