Job summary

You will build HR structures, collaborate with management, and contribute to talent development. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and a background in tech or rapid growth environments. This hybrid role is based in Singapore, with regular travel to other hubs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a relevant People Ops / HR role.
• Experience as a People Partner or manager.
• Strong capability in employee relations and performance management.
• Superb communicator to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build HR structure in Japan, Singapore, and Australia.
• Advise managers on people-related matters.
• Collaborate with centralized teams on recruitment and operations.
• Contribute insights on employee engagement.
