Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer care position in a supply chain or retail environment.
• Knowledge of order management processes / supply chain.
• Ability to process large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the efficient execution of wholesale orders from franchisees.
• Act as the first point of contact for market supply-related queries.
• Monitor orders from processing through to dispatch and resolve issues.
