Job summary

Luxoft Germany seeks an experienced Murex Front Office Support Analyst (RTB) to provide dedicated Level 1 support across APAC trading hours, focusing on IRD, FX, Credit Derivatives, and Fixed Income. You will handle trade capture interfaces, static data, and daily handovers to global teams.

The role requires hands-on Murex knowledge, strong Sybase SQL skills, and experience with Murex Simulation Views, MxML Exchange, and Datamart. APAC shift coverage and weekend rotation are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Murex Front Office / RTB support in capital markets.
• Strong understanding of IRD, FX, Credit Derivatives, and Fixed Income lifecycles and P&L.
• Experience with Murex Simulation Views, MxML Exchange, and Datamart.
• Proficient in Sybase SQL diagnostics and data validation.
• Ability to work APAC hours with shift handovers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line FO RTB support for Murex during APAC hours.
• Monitor and troubleshoot upstream trade flows via XML in MxML Exchange.
• Manage downstream post-trade data and status tracking.
• Maintain operational static data: counterparties, rate mappings, issuers.
• Perform Sybase SQL diagnostics and submit remediation via PC Lite.
• Maintain Murex Simulation Views and Datamart extractions.
• Coordinate end-of-shift handovers to Western teams.
• Support CTB testing, patching, and release verification as needed.
• Participate in rotational weekend coverage.
