You will govern cross-functional workstreams, manage executives, and drive integration with regional and global partners.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in healthcare/MedTech transformations, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex matrix

• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional transformation programs in global matrices.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive-level communication.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable transformation roadmaps across regions and functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives across APAC MTSC and Orthopedics separation.
• Coordinate governance, milestones, and investments with regional/global leaders.
• Ensure readiness and smooth handover to new Orthopedics supply chain and post-separation stability.
