What you will do:
As APAC Marketing Manager, you will partner with APAC business leadership to deliver downstream marketing programs that drive customer growth, new client acquisition & sales revenue. He or she must be a strong collaborative leader who can work cross-functionally delivering continuous improvement and optimization of digital and traditional marketing channels. You will develop and deliver sales enablement, demand generation, event management, account-based marketing, and channel marketing programs that are aligned to regional revenue and strategic goals. This energetic and data driven marketer will have a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective marketing programs across the APAC region to generate results.
How you will do it:
Growth Focused
- Execute, analyze, and continually optimize integrated marketing campaigns for the APAC region that drive customer growth, new client acquisition & sales revenue
- Align with internal teams across marketing, sales, and product to build consistent market awareness programs that amplify Fire Protection growing portfolio within APAC region
- Actively engage with APAC Fire Protection industry associations, academia, and influencers, establishing respect, and advancing regional commercial goals
- Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives
- Develop and monitor sound metrics to accurately analyze the success of campaigns and report results
- Provide support to sales leadership with sales enablement assistance to customer accounts across APAC
- Develop a deep understanding of competitive retail strategies, messaging, products and services in order to differentiate and enhance Fire Protection Solutions positioning in content and presentations
- Utilize APAC customer account and Fire Protection’s solution portfolio knowledge to identify account-based marketing opportunities and work with sales and marketing team on strategy and execution to deliver designed outcomes
Lead Generation and Sales Enablement
- Plan and execute digital and physical events as elements of campaigns that drive customer interaction and demand gen opportunities such as industry conferences, customer advisory boards and webcasts
- Firmly understand and track team lead generation goals and outcomes
- Optimize lead processes for the APAC region as the organization continues to grow and evolve
Communications
- Work with key members across the business unit to understand sales needs and align on marketing deliverables needed to achieve commercial goals
- Communicate campaign programs and tactics in a highly matrixed organization for internal buy-in and alignment, localizing the content for APAC where possible
- Create digital selling tools and training to amplify campaign tactics and deliverables
- Utilize Fire Protection industry knowledge to recognize and drive thought leadership and positioning opportunities that differentiate Fire Protection
Partner and Channel Marketing
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating channel marketing programs that align with regional sales goals and focus
- Transform Fire Protection specific content and campaigns to assets that can be leveraged by our partner network to drive profitable customer acquisition
- Support the APAC region internal communications to ensure alignment on new campaigns, initiatives, and content
What we look for:
- More than 5 years’ experience executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue
- Experience in the Fire Protection industry, digital, traditional marketing strategies and marketing in the high-tech industry
- Knowledge in marketing SaaS business models
- Experience in creating and rolling out social selling tools, driving demand generation tactics from lead generation to nurture and reporting
- Strong presentation skills with fluency in English
- Must be a self-starter who isn’t afraid to try new things and take our organization where it has never been before
- Data-driven and results driven marketer
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced culture
- Comfortable to work with different senior stakeholders in a global matrix organization.
- Experience with managing PR / communications agencies preferred
- Ability to travel 20% of the time across the region, or whenever necessary
