Job description

Our client is a US MNC, leading player in biotechnology field. They are currently hiring for a Marketing Executive role to join their marketing team for ongoing projects. This role will be working remotely.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute APAC marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with regional teams, vendors, and marketing specialists (digital, content, PR, design, SEO) to tailor campaigns to local market needs.
• Support APAC marketing events — handle vendor requisitions and payments in SAP, coordinate merchandise and lead capture via QR codes, and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Qualify APAC inbound leads, engaging prospects and converting them into sales opportunities. Track lead performance, gather feedback, and refine qualification criteria to boost conversion rates.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing related field
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing events coordination and collaboration with stakeholders
• Exposure to APAC regions is highly desired
