Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Leadership Development.
• Proven experience in a Talent Consulting capacity.
• Comprehensive end-to-end learning experience from design to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the Regional Learning agenda across multiple locations.
• Foster a positive learning culture by collaborating with HR colleagues.
• Build relationships with HR Business Partners to identify learning needs.
