Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the ocean freight industry; NVO experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new customers and markets to promote the company’s services.
  • Develop, lead, and manage key account negotiations.
  • Monitor and manage the commercial performance of assigned accounts.
  • Define commercial and pricing policies in coordination with Line Management.
  • Prepare visit reports and conduct market studies.
