Job summary

crane worldwide logistics (s) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager, APAC to lead complex customer implementations across Asia Pacific.

You will coordinate projects from contract award through planning, go-live, hypercare and transition to steady-state operations, working with Operations, Technology, Solution Engineering, Sales, Finance and Quality. The role requires 5+ years in freight forwarding/logistics or project management, strong planning and stakeholder-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Project-management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is advantageous.
• Experience in freight forwarding/logistics, customer implementations or project management is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of APAC regional and global customer implementations.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across APAC countries, products, stations and functions.
• Translate contractual requirements into operational and system solutions.
• Establish project governance, reporting and escalation structures.
• Coordinate SOPs, process flows, and implementation documentation.
• Partner with Technology and Solution Engineering on integration and readiness.
• Identify risks and elevate significant issues to leadership.
• Lead meetings, readiness assessments and stakeholder updates.
• Oversee go-live, hypercare, and handover to operations.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and data quality.
