This role involves managing the APAC Financial Management portfolio, facilitating talent management, and producing management reports. Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of work experience in the financial industry and/or business support.
  • Proven leadership across multi-business unit stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work confidently with complex data.
  • Organized and good at managing competing priorities.
  • High integrity with confidential information.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with VBA, Alteryx, Python, Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the APAC Financial Management portfolio to achieve business goals.
  • Partner with HR and Hiring Managers for Talent Management activities.
  • Support communication efforts with Town Hall materials and reports.
  • Collaborate with teams across Finance, Technology, HR, Compliance.
  • Produce various management reports for governance.
  • Coordinate regional employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support including meeting organization.
