The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of management experience in business partnering and a deep understanding of the industrial gases sector. Responsibilities include leading business reviews and supporting long-term financial planning. This position reports to the APAC Head of Finance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years management experience in business partnering.
• Experience in multinational companies, publicly traded companies.
• Deep understanding of industrial gases and engineering companies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver APAC and global reporting processes.
• Lead the Monthly Business Review process.
• Support development of the 5-year Strategic plan.
