Job summary

JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS is looking for a Head of FP&A for the APAC region. This role will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management while providing strategic insights to the APAC President and CFO.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A or commercial finance. The position includes driving financial transformation, standardizing FP&A processes, and mentoring regional teams.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven leadership experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or regional finance roles.
• Strong background in strategic planning and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A activities across APAC, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor regional financial performance and key commercial risks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the President and CFO on performance outlook.
