Job summary

A leading international bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Regional Service Delivery Manager for Facilities Management. This role entails overseeing the delivery of all workplace facility services through internal teams and vendors. You will be accountable for implementing strategies for continuous improvement and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of relevant experience, alongside strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a degree in Facilities Management or a related field.

Qualifications

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in a senior Facilities/ Property Management role.
  • Experienced in providing Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and contracts management.

  • Drive implementation of service delivery platform and initiatives.
