Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant trading experience, focused on major Asian equities.
• Familiarity with listed derivatives (futures/options) and their role in execution and hedging.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure and liquidity dynamics.
• Ability to balance electronic and voice execution to achieve best execution.
• Proficient use of trading systems, EMS/OMS platforms, and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute equity orders with a focus on a major APAC market.
• Provide trade execution coverage across Asian markets and support multi-asset dealing.
• Apply best execution principles and ensure fair, compliant order handling.
• Maintain market knowledge and communicate insights to portfolio managers.
