Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to support APAC Equities execution with emphasis on Futures and Clearing. You will work with Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations, Technology and Compliance to strengthen controls and regulatory commitments.

The role requires 8+ years in financial services, strong risk management, and fluent English. You will interact with regional and global teams to ensure consistent methodology and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field required.
• Strong risk and control mindset with project delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Equities senior management, especially Futures and Clearing, in executing regional strategies.
• Collaborate with Control Groups and Technology to deliver controls and regulatory commitments.
• Coordinate CAPs and track implementation until closure.
• Prepare materials for Business Reviews and analyze revenue vs. plan.
• Drive cost saving, productivity, and process improvement initiatives with leadership.
• Liaise with internal and external reviews, regulatory inspections, and audits.
