Job summary

A pioneering AI firm is seeking an Ecosystem Growth Lead to develop strategies for community engagement in the decentralized AGI landscape. The role requires experience in Web3 and AI, strong developer relations, and a high level of self-motivation. You will work dynamically with various teams to drive innovation and growth while managing operations effectively. This position is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong relationships with various protocols within the Web3 and AI space.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, with a deep understanding of blockchain and AI technologies.
• Proven track record in pre/alpha product-stage GTM, preferably in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work with developers, with a deep empathy for their needs and challenges.
• High self-motivation, and ideally having founder experience.
• Comfortable working in an applied research environment, capable of managing high autonomy and navigating unpredictable timelines.

• Steward the development of acquisition funnels and adapt strategies.

What you\'ll do

• Serve as the ecosystem growth lead for a new open intelligence layer of the internet. Develop the strategy for go to market, work closely with the executive team on establishing KPIs and OKRs

• Steward the development and successful implementation of acquisition funnels, demonstrating continuous adaptation to the rapidly expanding scope of the ecosystem.

• Design and implement growth strategies. Facilitate dynamic and meaningful conversations within the community, creating a robust and collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation.

• Work closely with marketing and business development teams to strategically drive ecosystem expansion and boost community engagement and awareness.

• Help oversee daily operations within the ecosystem, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and efficient use of resources. Contribute to the development of strategic plans for adoption, integrating insights from multiple sources to create effective and forward-thinking strategies.
