Job summary

Mapletree seeks a Director of Investment for Data Centre based in Singapore to lead regional investment activities across Asia Pacific. The role involves origination, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions, development projects, and M&A opportunities to expand the Group’s data centre platform.

You will drive market entry/exit strategies, perform deep-dive analyses, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize returns and value creation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capability and proficiency in financial modelling.
• Proven track record in originating, evaluating, underwriting and executing investment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive data centre investment strategies across Asia Pacific.
• Lead end-to-end investment transactions including origination, evaluation, structuring and negotiation.
• Build relationships with market participants, operators, developers and capital partners.
• Coordinate with development, asset management, legal, finance and tax teams to support transactions.
