Job summary

Emerson is seeking a strategic APAC Data Center Growth Leader to drive expansion across Asia Pacific. You will lead complex, multi-portfolio sales pursuits, develop a robust project pipeline, and strengthen Emerson's position with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and cloud data center customers.

You will influence without direct authority, collaborate across CSS, MSOL, and FCTL teams, and engage industry partners to accelerate growth and deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Experience selling data center solutions to hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise operators.
• Strong ability to lead multi-stakeholder sales pursuits and develop customer value propositions.
• Proven track record building pipelines and closing complex projects across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC data center growth strategy.
• Lead strategic sales pursuits for large-scale data center projects.
• Build and maintain a qualified APAC project pipeline.
• Engage data center owners, operators, and partners to drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with business units to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to leadership.
