Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a VP Customer Experience & Quality for the APAC region to lead and develop a robust customer experience and quality strategy. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to enhance customer satisfaction, manage compliance, and drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and over 15 years of experience in quality and customer experience, alongside strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in quality, customer experience, or related functions.
• Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the customer experience and quality strategy for APAC.
• Drive customer experience initiatives across the customer journey.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
