Job summary

A leading digital asset financial institution in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Compliance Officer. This role involves managing regulatory communications with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, developing compliance frameworks, and supporting onboarding processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and a minimum of 7 years' experience in compliance, ideally within the financial services or cryptocurrency sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance, preferably in financial services or cryptocurrency.
• Understanding of licensing process for payment institutions.
• Ability to engage with regulatory authorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact with MAS throughout the licensing process.
• Develop and maintain compliance framework aligned with MAS expectations.
• Support partner and client onboarding to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, product, and IT teams.
