Job summary

JLL in Singapore seeks a Senior Research Analyst to build and run regional market intelligence infrastructure for commercial real estate across APAC. You will own databases, analytics, and ownership insights informing investment strategy and client advisory services.

You will work with capital markets, research, and valuation teams, delivering high-quality analysis, market commentary, and data-driven recommendations. This is a data-intensive, autonomous role based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate research or related fields.
• Experience building databases or market intelligence platforms.
• Working knowledge of multiple APAC property markets.
• Ability to work autonomously with high-quality analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regional market intelligence databases across APAC markets.
• Coordinate data collection and intelligence sharing with Capital Markets, Research, and Valuation teams.
• Position Singapore hub as central coordination point for regional intelligence.
• Produce market insights, ownership analysis, and investment commentary for internal stakeholders.
• Identify market trends and investment patterns to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity via quality control and manage subscriptions and tools.
