AlphaSense in Singapore is seeking an APAC Corporate High Growth Manager to lead and grow a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new corporate customers in high-growth segments across APAC. This manager role combines coaching, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive new business growth.

You will develop go-to-market plays, work with Pre-Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, and shape regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and scaling a B2B SaaS/high-growth sales team.
• Ability to coach, develop, and drive outbound and pipeline generation.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional influence.
• Data-driven approach with metrics-driven performance management.
• Deep understanding of APAC markets and regional nuances.
• Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing APAC AE team.
• Drive outbound sales and multi-channel prospecting.
• Coach on pipeline strategy, negotiation, and deals.
• Own forecasting, pipeline generation, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success.
• Shape APAC territory strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to regional headcount planning and growth strategy.
