Job summary

Google accountants are a savvy team handling core accounting responsibilities for Google. You will apply accounting principles across end-to-end processes, advise on reports required by regulations, and review and interpret financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent practical experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 4 years of experience in accounting or related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• Experience with IFRS and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own and be accountable for accuracy, timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of controllership processes for devices & services.
• Collaborate with global finance/controllership teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure cross-finance readiness for devices & services initiatives in APAC with governance of key stakeholders.
