A leading asset management firm is seeking an Associate Vice President or Senior Associate, Compliance specialist in Singapore. You will manage compliance-related activities focusing on the Asia Pacific region, ensuring adherence to local regulations. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in compliance within a regulated financial institution and a strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory framework along with a Bachelor's degree. Qualifications

• At least 3-6 years of relevant Compliance experience in a regulated financial institution.
• Knowledge in AML/KYC and personal data protection compliance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and keep abreast of compliance requirements for a MAS licensed fund management corporation.
• Assist with regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with MAS requirements.
• Liaise with regulators and track regulatory developments.
• Deliver compliance training programs for staff.
