Job summary

Talent Legal Global Search Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Compliance professional focused on KYC, AML and sanctions for APAC. You will handle onboarding checks and documentation for counterparties, investors and transaction participants in Singapore, Hong Kong and the wider region.

You will support the corporate secretary function and governance tasks, including OBI monitoring, ethics certifications, joiners/leavers, and MAR compliance across APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance including AML/sanctions is required.
• Exposure to corporate secretarial or governance support is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting a legal and compliance team is essential.
• Financial services or in-house compliance in regulated/multi-jurisdictional environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle KYC/AML and sanctions screening for APAC, incl onboarding docs for entities in Singapore/HK.
• Support OBI monitoring and related compliance reviews.
• Assist Code of Ethics administration and track certifications.
• Manage Joiners/Leavers onboarding and certifications.
• Support UK MAR compliance, incl insider lists and PDMR records.
• Provide compliance support to corporate secretary for APAC entities.
• Triage queries to corporate secretary; route matters as needed.
• Support entity formations, dissolutions, restructurings across APAC.
• Compile KYC/docs for account opening and periodic refresh.
• Administer Business Risk Working Group, running risk certs.
